People who need to communicate with their home office or remote network need to do so in a secure fashion. With Virtual Private Networking (VPN) this is possible. Our equipment is completely transparent to your VPN and acts as a ‘bridge’ and passes all VPN protocols. However, our equipment does not have any built-in VPN capability of its own. If your application requires a VPN, you can use WebKraft but you will still need a VPN solution as well. One such solution is installing one of our custom Firewall appliances on both ends of the VPN tunnel. VLAN is similar and is a Virtual LAN connection that can be done between two or more of our wireless clients. The beauty of this is that not only is your data encrypted, but it never has to touch the Internet at all.

Satellite Internet technology does not allow most VPN's to work properly. When they do it is very slow, typically operating at dial-up speeds. This is not the most efficient way of working remotely from the home or office.
